2. under coat x1 /2 (greyish colour (laquer i think its called))
3. Colour you want x2 or 3

just leave it about an hour or so between coats other wise it might mix with the undercoat etc and go manky

2. Cut 1 inch and a half from the top of the FORK (the threaded bit)
3. Then but the forks back in the bars and they will fit.
Also you put the clamp sideways because it makes the bars tighten round the fork more because the slits on the side allow it to bend a bit (If that makes sense).
