i don't see why that makes it different. if it was yours, i'm sure you'd argue about it as well. it's monetary value. he could sell it on here and get ~$15. it could be an old a wheel or broken bearings, the point is, he doesn't have what he was supposed to receive.

i don't know what to tell you, man. look around for it, maybe you didn't ship it. if you did, and you honestly don't have it.. welp, you got beat. at least it's something small, and it'll make you think twice about who you trade with before you REALLY get fucked over. that's why i don't buy anything, kids can't be legit any more.
