Printscreen it, then upload the printscreen to tinypic/photobucket.

pull up the picture on your computer, hit the printscreen button. Open up paint or a program like that n your computer, hit paste and the picture will go on the paint file. Save that as a picture and upload it to one of the hosting sites.
