Looks like nawts with the steer tube through the heart. Heavy as hell and unneeded really. It would work though. I'd say go without the huge bottom gussets and just the small gusset under the arm. That'll be enough for the bars to hold.

hmmm ok ill make the crossbar straight like rads and then add gussets 2 small gussets underr each arm

Shade in the parts where the actual tubing is, otherwise to me its hella hard to understand.
