that looks so close to my desighn the orginal 1 i might do 2 those and the 1 before that cuase my grand pa has piping for the bars aluminum and ill buy chromoly for the other1s and ill see witch 1 feels better then sell the other 1

Theres a lot of un-necessary gussets on your original designs. Having those many gussets means more welds, which means more weak spots. That kind of defeats the purpose of even having the gussets.
Those last 2 that Dirt Clod posted dont look too bad, but chromoly would be a lot better and stronger for those designs. Does your grandpa heat treat his stuff too? Because thats the most important part.
