my head set

hi my name is anthony im new here to SR ....and im sorry if i did the wrong post or something but anyways theres something wrong with either my fork or my head set....like my bars wobble forward and backwards and when i tightened the nuts at the bottom it makes my bars not spin at all.. and i dont know what to buy or what to fix can someone please help me?

lock your foldy and don't tighten your headset too much

when i do that it looses my bars pretty good but when i ride the bars are twisting

but make sure u lock ur foldy also

you just gotta fiddle with it until you find the sweet spot, where it spins well but doesn't wobble.. good luck
