I order my wheels on Saturday 110mm mags and i haven't got any email that it was sent out or anything how do i get a hold of them for the tracking code

That's weird I ordered mine on Wednesday I think, maybe Thursday and the next day they sent an email saying they shipped, although no tracking number. Just be patient?

Perhaps they tend to be busier on weekends, either that or they don't work as much. If you want to contact them though you just need to look on the website for the e-mail.

I cant find the email and i asked my friend how long dose it take to get to ur house he said about 2-3 days. i live 30 minutes from him

go onto their website vertxscooters.com and go under contact and call them up when they are open hours are listed. ask to speak to karl and he should help you.

they took 4 days to ship me my deck pacckage so when it finally shipped i got an email from karl saying he is extremely sorry about my wait and upgraded my headtube from the arx to the xray for free because he felt so bad about my wait. <3

That's not an upgrade though cause the arx and the xray cost the same.
