Ok this is going to sound so noobish but what ever,

ok so my wheel will just not tighten, i tighten the bolt as much as humanly possible, and the wheel is still loose, i have stripped every axle bolt i have in my house, i have broken a few bolts too, i am pretty sure its my reinforcements, but theres no way i am taking them off so i need some ideas to what is wrong and how to fix it, oh ya and its the back dont know if that helps....

I am about to go ape shit and start murking people left and right

either your bearings are spinning too loosly in the cage,
your wheel is ovalised so the bearings dont fit right,
or your fork isnt grabbing them right so you need to bend it straight so the disks on the inside of the fork walls will meet up with the bearings the right way.

i guess it was that cause i rapped the fucking with tape and hammered it in and its good for now

You need to put the spacer in thats supposed to be there... The one that goes inside your wheel between the bearings. If you have that you should be able to make your axle good and tight and still spin good.

------ GO TO THE HARDWARE store get a bolt that fits 5/16 by 2 something rather long, and make sure its atleast 1/2 to big then get a nylon nut washer and put that baby on and it will NEVER EVER COME LOSE AGAIN unless u dont have the nut on far enought that is why u get a little longer bolt, it doesnt look very sweet but it works
