Need help posting pictures!

I have an account on imgur so I can post pictures on here. But instead of actually posting the picture it just posts the link. So how do I make it post the picture?

Grab the image url
then click the little mountain icon in the quick reply box
then post the url in the pop up.

I did that but it still wont post it. It just posts a box with an x in it.

I just upload pics on my scooterresource album and copy and paste the BB code and then what Robert Stine said^^ just click the mountain thing and paste the BB code. Good luck
