Need help to bunny hop higher

^^try riding a bike or skateboard. With both you have to sort of pop off the back, so it's the same.

i always bunny hop and can do rails... Um practice jumping over the rail first, that's what helped me.

I been trying to grind rails and i cant even grind the smallest rails.. could it be that im not getting enough speed? ive been trying for ages to grind a ledge or rail but i cant jump high enough to grind the rail thats about 2 feet. I can only buny hop like 8 inches

any tips?
