Need Help With headset.

ok guys i got a Canecreek headset today and when i go to tighten the forks it tightens to much that it really dont spin then when i make it looser it wobbles any tips?
and if here already is a thread on this please link me and lock this topic,

Threadless forks? or threaded? Guessing threaded?

Threaded there stock's but my friend has threaded stocks and his is fine, no wobble or nothing. and he has the same headset,

make sure you put the pinch ring on then tighten it aton then make it loose so the pinch ring locks in
