district v2i - cheap and amazing! around $100usd
vertx wheels and smx forks. forks $60usd, wheels $28-$29usd depending on style
any intergrated headset. probs around $30usd
tilt scs. $65usd for tilt scs (oversized and standard bars) $60usd for tilt scs lt (standard sized bars only)
and just keep the bearings and bars
all around the $300 mark and all really good parts
