Need More Opinions -- Aiptek Action-HD - 1080P High Definition Camcorder

I currently own a non-hd aiptek camera current

I like the way it records and the quality is alright. Here are videos using this camera. vimeo Now something frustrating about this is it uses only windows format so I have to use movie maker to edit... Now I mean for a cheap camera I am satisfied. But for the one I want it makes it into .mov which is mac friendly which = iMovie which I am very good at using.

Aiptek has released a new HD camera called the Aiptek Action-HD - 1080P High Definition Camcorder. hereNow I think I am ready to upgrade mine to this HD one and for only 150$! This is extremely cheap for a "HD" camera. I have read mannnyyy reviews and a lot are satisfied and a lot are dissatisfied. All of the people that didnt like just dont like cheap aipteks in genera and that it was not what they wanted.

I mean its a lot better than what I have and I like what I have now and the price is amazing.

yeah actualy therre are some okay 3rd party fisheye magnetic lens.

but the good ones are expensive and i dont really wana spend that much money on a lens

yeah 60 p uses a lot more memory but ill get a big card so ill do it:]

oh and make sure you film on the high quality mode. it takes more memory but get a 32 gig card.

i think im just gonna get the 16. because even on high quality i could get 4 hourrs... i always upload and i know i would never even use 4 hours of complete filming

1080p is 1920x1080. that isn't full HD, so don't think you're getting that.

the censor is still probably shit. just like you can get a 12 megapixel point and shoot, an 5megapixel dslr will take better pictures. don't let the resolution fool you, a real camera would be a better investment

okay thanks. but can you find me a better camera for 150. thats all im really asking. im not gonna go spend a large amount of money on a camera because its not a top priority and i can never seem to get enuf money.

yeah i am aware : / i read that somewhere else. idrc if its not real "hd". i just know it looks heeps better than what i have. also i would NEVER use this to take pictures lol. just video
