After Effects, and i heard you can do them in Premiere CS3 but look into it before you get it, because i not 100% sure on it.

shit well from what ive researched after affects is like $1000 which kinda sucks now haha or is it just becuase of the version it is? like i know sony vegas and other programs have different versions that are more expensive then others like family, pro version etc. does AFX have that too?
