get a differnet bolt and use a nylon locknut(ugly, but effective)

tkae ur bearings out, put duck tpae around the bearing slots, make sure ur bearings go in really heardly, slam one in, put ur spacer in, slam the other one in, put a small spacer on the thread axle, tighten it up, always works for me

Crank your axle down, replace the axle, check your wheel/bearings, who knows?

thanksssss guys it worked now my weel is rely tite and i can go ride! aslo i bot new bars and how do i put them on?

loosen the clamp. pull the bars off (you may have to screw them off). put clamp on new bars. slide bars over fork and align accordingly.
