First batch of Baby slaYers, Classic slaYers and Super slaYers had star caps with 6mm holes like an SCS cap for that purpose.

That... actually looks like it would be pretty promising...
Make crow style bars and that would actually be so good. It would be like ICS but better. Better than HIC because the bars could be standard and the shim wouldnt complicate things.

But you would still not be able to get the compression perfect and the bars in line with the forks and whatnot.

OHHHH okay, i thought the bolt was machined into the bars and the compression was tightened by turning the bars, tightening the bolt into the starnut.

was just about to ask that.
edit: ok say i want to do this myself. how do i drill the hole center? i dont want to drill a hole and the bolt does'nt line up with the starnut.
