didn't brian boston test a new layout in december 08? well they said they would do it again after a month. well its gone three months now sooo? just wondering because noone has never really said anything about it after they tested it.

he did a new layout...it wasnt much but it was a different layout.... i LOVE the layout...but we need differnet colorz!

nooooooooo lighter back grounds are nice cuz then u can go on sr at school and it doesnt look like anything off topic... at least there should be a icon were you can change the back ground maybe?

i think its good now. its simple and easy tto navigate.
and i agree, the lighter background doesnt bring as much attention to ur screen at school

I got myself banned.
I don't have FTP access. I would but theres way too many themes on the server right now to let you guys pick you own, it will run the bandwith out like crazy.

I own SR.
This site is going to undergo a lot of changes in the next couple months. We will be switching the core operating system and hopefully not losing the last 5 years of content in the process! :) I have wasted far too much time and money trying to salvage this site in it's current outdated configuration and I am no longer confident that it can handle the load with the amount of users SR is now receiving. I am certain the change will be for the better and the new forums should allow the SR community to become far more immersive and addicting than they already are so get ready. The new system will have far more features than the current system and the new layout will have dedicated ad space for companies to advertise to help pay for this place and all the new upgrades because it is not going to be cheap and it is coming out of my pocket... not mommy and daddy's.
