Hi,
Thanks to everyone who has been giving me feedback on the custom scooters and decks we are working on at the moment, more info on my other threads and first cross section picture of deck on my album.
This post is just to let people know about our ceramic bearings, these are top quality bearings and come with the following specs:
Solid ZrO2 ceramic roller balls. Chrome steel rings, Nylon cages with speed master oil lubrication. Two removable rubber seals are fitted for maintenance.
As you can see they are the best quality the same as the decks but with all of our products we want to do the same thing, we want to make the best stuff but at the best prices so everyone can afford it, we are doing this by working hard to get the best prices ourselves and also by keeping profit margins right down. The bearings will sell for £22 for a set of 4 and £40 for a set of 8. When you compare this to the best which are obviously Bones bearings at £80 for 8 or £44 for 4 we think we have a great product, what do you all think? Are there better spec bearings for similar or lower money we have missed or do these sound like a winner? Also the only final thing we need to decide is what colour to do the rubber shields so they stand out from everyone elses, we will have our name lazer etched on the cases but think the shield colour may be important, as always all suggestions greatly received and will happily sort special deals etc out for the people that have helped us on here as you have been really great with the decks and scooter specs so far.
Cheers Joel. P.S. Have been asked before why the name is LG Pro if its a rip off of JD Bug or what, I called it that as the LG is my sons initials and it was trying to make him a good scooter without getting ripped off that got me into all of this and the Pro as all of our stuff will be top gear so why not!!
