Okay so i thought i'd chime in on this thread and give you guys some info..

First, The images you see are 3D models from the design program. That is simply the deck design. Second, Our Headtubes will always be welded onto our Decks. We are in the final stages of design. Next step is getting quote on the tooling charge for the extrusion die. Then from there we push out some samples for testing. Once testing is complete we will start our first production run.

4.25Wx20L
4.75Wx21L
5.25Wx22L

i guess. but under certain sircumstances it looks really bad. the SOTM last month was really cool. it was like red deck and rawed forks? well it made the P cut out look good. some times though it doesn tlook that good. what if they made the Phoenix logo cut out. that would be amazing
