for all you guys concerned about the weight, it weighs apx. 1.5 Kg. My moded pro deck weighs like 1 Kg so ya, is about 1 Lb. more worth the increase in strength? I think so.
No, Cad made it look this way, its 6 peices then the two foldy pieces.
I would but it needs to be thick enough to put countersinks in, thats how the design is, otherwise you'll have bolt heads sticking up outta the deck.
I can't do one piece, unless you know where i can get that done cheaply. besides i want the parts replaceable. and ya, too many screws, im not sure how many ill need, there only 1/4 Dia. X 1/2 length countersunk screws, idk how strong thos are, but i want it soild as fuck!
