Ok so yesterday i sold my old longboard for 120$, and now im tryin to find the best deal for a scooter. all my friends ride them and they're nasty on them. ive been looking at buying a razor pro model for 48$ + S&H, longneck grips x2 for 17$, and one of the powdercoated WEE bars for 65$. i really dont have much of an idea what im doing, but i think that setup looks nice.

can i get a better deal? all help is appreciated.

The folding mechanism, you take out all the normal parts that make it fold and put the bolts in there so it's solid and doesn't move. All those parts sound good, but $17 for Longnecks? They're normally like $8 lol. Edit: Unless you're saying you're getting two pairs, then, nevermind.

i would wait before you get wee's make sure you love the sport! so you don't waste your money. wee's are nice but get them if you are getting serious about riding

reinforce the fork is a must, and i would say buying a new fork when the good forks come out is more important than wee's. if your riding high bars there is a super huge lever and your fork will prolly break pretty fast.

look in the stickys in the scooters section, your planned set up sounds good, just make sure to do the basic mods.

Yeah, your set up is good, but if you are starting you do not need Wees. They might screw you up, a lot of people have said they are heavy, and it might stop you from doing some things first. Also, do as Alex said and bolt your mech, and reinforce your fork. I would wait for the Wees. If you don't get them, bolt your steer colum and t-tube, that lever is a b-tch.

if i was you i would wait till you get your pro model then just put the adjustable bars to 24" or do some expermenting and see how you like it before you get the wee's at that hight.
