haha yes, it would be a 1 1/2 diameter. it would be huge, which is why a new clamp would have to be manufactured and whatnot. it's just an idea. and we will make sure it all works well before production, that's for sure.

lol i dont get why everyone says that an integrated aluminum clamp will strip easily... think about protos, theyre made out of aluminum, and barely anyone strips them...

yeah, it's all about how the clamp is made. proto clamps don't strip very easily at all, but districts strip super easy.

i'll tell you one thing though, the clamp that torn has in the making, if it works like it should, will be almost impossible to strip... :)

If you do make an "integrated" clamp, you should have one side just be flat, and one side have a hexagonal insert so you can put a nut in it, and have a bolt with a washer compressing against the flat side. This way nothing is possible to strip, and it can be tightened with a socket, which makes life easy

these are the best bars ive ever ridden, i broke 2 decks, 2 forks, and dehubbed 2 wheels and these bars never got bent or anything, theyre the only thing i trust on my scooter
