New way of making one peices

just wondering why nobody molds 1 peices??
no welds = no stress points
i know thtis cannot be done otherwise there would be some
plz explain why this is incapable of doing

it is possibe but really expenive, molds are not as strong a norm. bars.. it is hard to explain

it would be waaaay too expensive and hard to do. for a lot of reasons. i will elaborate tomor- *falls asleep*

space for the fork?
Weight?
If chromo. wee's cost alot, and those are hollow tubing, imagine solid chromo bars.
costly and heavy,

no u could definately mold it so it is still hollow...tht is wat i htoguht at first but thn i figured out a way to make it so it will be hollow...to hard to explain but u could most definately

Even if you are able to make it hollow, the cheapest mold would cost around $25,000 USD

just leavem the way they are and let people come up with better designs... and not many people would do the molds all the time.

Get a tonne of solid cromolly a make a design in Autocad and then put it through a CNC machine ...

(i bet hardly anyone knows what the the devil I'm taking about :p)

take 2 is doing this... they will be a little over $800 usd but it will be worth it
