Whats OEM?

A factory in Hong Kong wich makes the majority of wheels these days.
And there all shit and rip you off, dont buy/support them.
Brands like flavor, RED metalcores and Scorpo are all OEM.
You dont get them much in America because all brands in America are legit unlike all the brands here that are just people that dont know anything and are just in it to make money. And do of little kids that dont know anything either.
