If you have On Demand, there's tons of the old cartoons like Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers, original Rugrats, Doug, etc. Just go to Kids > Nickelodeon > Nick Rewind.

Although sadly, they don't have any Rocket Power. They need to release a full series DVD set of Rocket Power, I'd buy that shit so fast...
