Did you PM him too? Or else i think he will start blaiming on me since i didn't know who locked his thread at the first place, he suspected me when asking in AIM. That's just the way i did not want to go.

Just tell him it was me and he had a deadline that he did not meet. SR is not for handling his business. It is a place to advertise if you have permission but after that all business needs to be done on your own site which he was not doing either from what I could tell.
