i don't want the wheel i just read it was from a torpedo scooter. their bars don't rotate fully. and the urethane would probably dissintegrate if you touch it with your bare hands

Lol in the first picture the forks are bent forward..

yer i no its cos the plate i was welding the legs to is 0 offset so i cut the legs on a bit of an angle forward so its nearly the normal offset
