So my friend instructed me to buy parts to build my own scoot right

and I did.

now I'm not sure if these will even fit together and I'm kind of freaking out because I just blew like, $500 on parts

Lucky Pry Bars oversized w/ HIC (bars cut 2" shorter with no slit)
District V2 Deck
Proto SCS
Phoenix Phorx 1/8" Threadless
FSA Pig Headset

will these fit together? thanks guys.

no, you bought HIC bars and an SCS clamp. you need the HIC compression for your bars, which includes them to have a slit. SCS would need standard size bars with no slit.

hahaha rob.
scooter parts are more or less designed to be compatible with each other but you do get the rare case where parts dont work together

I'm sorry, guys. This is my first time building a scooter and I'm not familiar with parts and how they work. :\

it should almost definately work. but i thought phorx are too short for v2is?? anyone care to confirm?

a district v2 is 4.3 inches wide, so you'll need 4.5 wide griptape, just get it from a hardware store.... i got 4.5 meters of it for $15 AUD! and its amazing stuff :)
