Barack is the preferred candidate around the world, and I really think he will actually bring some progress to our country. If not, I'll be the first to stand up and say I was wrong. But after knocking on doors, making phone calls, donating money, standing on streets for countless hours with signs, I have to say I feel pretty great to be a part of his campaign, i'm not saying anything I did made a difference, but just being a part is really amazing.

i read a bunch of his shit and i talked to him a little and after hearing stuff from a bunch of republicans (my entire school and a large majority of long island) and hearing dan speak he impacted my thought on politics and how important they were

Obama's acceptance speech blew my mind.
He actually seems like a smart, well-minded individual, and i'm definately watching that speech until i know it by heart.
I was always hoping he'd get in, i couldn't see Mcain getting in anyway, after the past 8 years of bush and the Republicans, it was almost given Obama would get it.
