ummm so my friend just got one and it looks pretty good. it looks like a baby death to me kinda but he had to take the sunshade thing off bc it was to wide for his camera. haha but is this worth 100 bucks and whats the difference between this and the baby death?? the glass on it or somethin?? thanks alot i know i shouldnt of bc its a noob thread but yea. n0 hatezrr plea$eski!!!..... hahaha

Whoever designed it is a dumbass. I prefer a knob for my iris and a button for my shutter. I don't wanna click through a menu to change that stuff, what if i need to change it on the spot while recording at a certain time?

I guess im spoiled because i used DVX before GL2. DVX is king.

yeahh i have it, its no knock off its better. it creates amazing quality. here this video was filmed with an hv30 and 43mm opteka lens

If you bought a 37mm lens for a 58mm camera and step down to 37mm, say hello to a SHITLOAD of vignetting. It might not even focus the lens.
