i went to the police department to ask just that and they showed us a book with all the state regulations or w/e and it said that nothing other that skateboards or inline skates are allowed in any skatepark unless stated otherwise by the city. me and two other guys riding scooter with helmets got tickets. really gay.

well thats the thing some cops let us ride with helmets and pads and there are many that will give you ticket even if you have that stuff for being a scooter.
for gods sake they kicked out like a 5 yr old with his grandma on a bike and he had everything its just that he was riding a bike so he could not be in there.
and they even kick people out that are watching and just sitting when they come to
