you freeze the metal and heat up the deck, and they'll slide right in and stay there

no there was a little movement of the reinforcement in the last 5 months

you need to buy metal then shape it

or get two thick steel, chromoly, copper, aluminium etc tubes that will fit in the old a and nail it in there with a hammer. My friend did that and his old a has lasted a year and still going.

or where the space is between the triangle edges are drill holes and bolt a piece of metal in beween that it works i bet ...

Why would you put it in the triangle part? They always break at the dropouts.

to do that mod i cut up a razor pro that has snapped
at the dropouts and cut it to the nessiary shape
but there is a few tricks to it to get it just right
