make one with an original headtube (not too original) and double weld it just like the razor ultras except plug the bottom hole or internally weld it and keep the bottom of the deck fine, use a good material that will last (quite thick) and do something different with the drop-outs, there all the same these days, if possible make decksavers/reo's stock with the deck if your thinking about selling some

Take it to an engineer, discuss it with him and get him to make it.

the head tube will be the hardest part, yoiu will need to get a 34mm reemer which will set u back more than $100.
Just copy off TSI, don't bother with orignallity.

Or weld your headt tube to your deck add gussets then get it heat treated, even then thats expensive.
