Aluminum is so weak guys i had FrenchID bars and they were thick as fuk and still bent and then snapped straight off just get 4130 best ever metal
Stock bars don't even "bend and snap off" with out tons of abuse so they either don't know what they are doing or are using the worst material ever. I'm not saying aluminum bars will be stronger than 4130 BUT they will be plenty strong enough for 90% of the people out there and a lot lighter and if iscoot bars are bending too then they aren't using 4130 or they are using it too thin or you need to stop throwing your scooter because NOTHING is indestructible.

i m the 10 percent that can;t use thooses bars

Aluminum is like any other metal.

There is a big difference betwin different aluminium alloys
An aluminum 7xxx is 4 times more resistant than an aluminum 1xxx and 2 times more than an aluminum 6xxx
My first aluminum handlebar was in 1005/2017 the party in 1005 broke in 2 days on a gap (5 flat 6), but since I have my handlebars in 7005 (from 2 months) nothing move.

According to the aluminum can also realize the heat treatments to homogenize the welds.

After it is sure that an aluminum 7075 will always less resistant than 4130.

But if you want to have a handlebar with a weight acceptable one is forced to use aluminum, has less to resort has 13 butted ..... ( very expensive and impossible for an simple rider )

Throughout our handlebars frenchID one has broken (ceodie donovan) 7 others test will still intact and on the test max (gap 12 , backflip, full street)

We will maybe do in the future 4130 handlebars for 10% of rideurs for aluminum which can not agree, but our next handlebars aluminum arrive at the end of the year. May be a solution for those who prefer the aluminum, and who fail to find good aluminium alloy.

Doing tricks doesn't really show how durable are your bars since there's less power put on bars unless on landing you pull them back so much that the steertube will bend or snap. They aren't decks which would snap when doing a tailwhip down a 20-set stair. I'd throw those bars against walls and drop them off the top of vertramps to ground and watch what will happen.

i have 1 piece aluminum bars and as long as u reinforce them i think they're fine
If you made bars and you have to reinforce them then you didn't make them right. There shouldn't even be such a thing as reinforcing parts if people would learn how to build stuff and that goes for Razor and Micro too.

they're made just fine, and im a wieght freak i love my light scooter, so i like my light bars but aluminum isnt too strong for bars so if u shove a bar in there, its then both strong and light, and im happy

I'm riding them and there not aluminum. They are so strong. I think they are as good as Rads, just a little heavier.
