one piece bars gussets or not (-GST- bars)

hey, so I go to SBW sometimes, and i'm pretty interested in buying one. Though I'm having trouble figuring out length and width. the length is from the unscrewable part in the headset (i'm riding an old A) to the top of it and the width if from the end of one handlebar to another, right? and would you need the diameter of the unscrewable part, or is that universal for each scooter?

you have slits in it right?
and you need to be more legit, set up a good front page, explanations, prices, example pics, and really people should pay you before you make them, and get paypal.

and if i paid extra, would you give it color...? I don't know how to paint scooter bars, so i'd pay a little more for some paint on it

and uh...do i need threading on it? i know stock bars are threaded so it can screw on, is this the case for these?
