One piece bars

Can someone tell me if one piece bars will work with a threaded fork? If so how does it work? Thanks

Same way as stock bars. Except with most one pieces you can just slide them over the fork, since there are no threads.

and it is just as sturdy as a threaded bar? i just clamp it the same way as i would if it were threaded?
