Opteka Baby Death Blurred Edges

So I got a whole new setup, Sony SR12/baby death, and when I use the baby death, the edges of the video are blurred.
I don't know what to do. Halp.
I put my old Kenko on, and it didn't do it.
If I put the macro from the Kenko on the babydeath, it doesn't make the blurred edges anymore, but it doesn't look as wide. There is no vig, and hardly any curvature with the babydeath/macro.

yeah. you might get more vig but when the lens is farther away the focus will be better.

Meh. Are camera stores gonna have spacers, or am I gonna have to order them online?

or have you tried zooming in a tiny bit with 1 spacer? maybe that's the answer.

you can get a uv filter from a camera store and punch out the glass. that works i think
