You think someone is going to bother measuring all this for you just so you can make a knock off?
And the inside of the clamp is two different diameters, the bottom is for the fork and and the top is for bars.

1. a low of 1.825 a high of 2.050
2. 1.600
3. a low of 1.300 a high of 1.500
4. .733333-
5. .7733333-
6. 1.250000 and the shim is 1.12500
7. .125
8. aprox. 45 dagrees
9. 4.001
10. .400
11. just use anysize bolt probbly gonna b somwhere around a 3/16 bolt i think proto uses 7/32
12. .665555-

and if your going to make one i would suggest threading the holes with a tap
by HAND dont do it by machine it always goes to fast and it doesnt thread right
remember to use good bolts
grade 12.9 is whats in all machined bmx parts and even the real scs

this will prolly cost you in all (with paint)
$150

If you know the basic design and have a pair of verniers it should be quite easy to design yourself. At least then it won't be a complete knock off either. If you have the machinery then these cost like 10 bucks to produce, not including labor or anodizing. I'm with you though, I like making my own parts and am super cheap. If I had the machinery I would have made some form of clamps ages ago.

I've got the machines till mid january so i make my own SCS, pro bars and a fork.. :)

thanks mdemoss and all others :)

Edit: what means "a low of" and " a high of" and the "-" behind the .73333 ??

i'm german ^^

Are your measurements right?

Here are all in mm:

the only thing that really matters is the holes for bars and forks everything else doesnt matter you can make it a giant circle if you want

the low parts is where it dips in and the high parts is where it goes out
and yeah all my mesurments are exact
and the - means the numbers are infomis like it would just keep going

if a measurment in mm is 19.558 its okay when i make 19,5mm for example?

so only the 1 number behind the . right?

Generally tolerances are within thousands. The most important measurements are where the bars and forks enter as well as where the compression cap goes in. Honestly, you should be making these measurements yourself. That would ensure everything fits how it's supposed to.
Have to get yourself some of these: http://www.fisherlamco.com.au/products/images/mti/digital_verniers.jpg

can i use a original proto scs with the NEW fr id forks? their forktube/steertube is longer, so...?

and where does the inner diameter of the proto scs changes? in the middle?
