I ordered some stuff from them like 11 days ago. I never got a conformation saying it was shipped, and they have not responded to my email. I better get my shit.

highly unlikely, email then, im sure rich would hook u up if this is true. There never has been a problem with any shipping yet.

Hey everyone Sorry, all items do ship within 24 hours, we had one week in September where we were moving our website from one server to another and some orders took almost a week to process. The good news is that now the site is back and even easier to use.

I also know we screwed up one order and ran out of District headsets so we emailed the customer and sent them a Cane Creek 100 series headset, a 90 dollar headset.
