so last night i was talking to joe riley for a while and he talked me out of the t2i trend and show me this cam.

its like $150 less for a body and lens kit and it seems to produce better video quality from what ive seen on youtube.

also i want a fisheye and i found some for cheap on ebay like $60.

Would it degrade the quality of the camera witha cheaper fisheye? should i wait and save up for a samyang? does it make a HUGE difference?

If I were you I'd buy a T2i and get a good $250+ fisheye like a Rokinon 8Mill. You won't regret it trust me T2i shoots so beautiful videos and if you get a T2i you have the whole picture taking perspective which you wouldn't get as good with a gf2

The people who are going to say get a T2i do not know anything about Gf2s/Gh1s/Gh2s. The info I gave you is pretty much all you're gonna get when it comes to this forum. Check out SP, they have a whole thread based on m43.

micro 4/3 (what panasonics run on) to my understanding have a bigger chip than the cmos chip on canon dslrs which i think is only 1/3. that means better quality and sharper image. I myself am in this debate and i am getting a gh2 hopefully if this guy will trade.

get the gf2 if you want to make videos. I'm not sure about the photography aspect but lumix has the best dslr image in my opinion.

Gf2 + Lumix 14mm + Lumix 14-42 + Samyang 7.5mm + Camcaddie and you'll be set. They don't have poor audio like Canons, either.
