i know what they are and how they help, but how do you install them and where do you buy them at?

they screw in, well , it depends what pedals you have, what pedals do you have?

greg hep did it with his cruiser. ask him. he'd know. look in the your scooter thread thats where it is.

drill a hole thats slighty smaller than the pin, then thread the pin into the deck. simple.

Go to a bike shop and get them, or just a hardware store and some little set screws with the 2mm allen heads.
