Pretty sure Luc-E grinds are impossible on scooters as we don't have pedals. But anyway, smith, icepick, toothpick, hangover toothpick, 60-40 (and vice versa), Beringer style grinds, then add topside (or bottomside, however you call it), opposite, hop over, the tricks are pretty much endless.

i have luck stalled before, you just have to tilt your bars into the ramp, and just put the end of you heel down to hold it, you can also unclucky stall(front peg up back down) but there hard to do

Luc-E stalls can be done. Put one foot an the brake and the other as far back as possible, I cant do them but have seen them done on quarters but never as a grind.

Anyways work on:
feebles-back peg grinding, front wheel on ledge
smith-front peg grinding with back wheel on ledge
icepick-back peg only
toothpicks-front peg only

If your back peg is on the ledge/rail/coping and your pedal isn't touching, it is not a Luc-E. I would not call putting your back peg and heel down a Luc-E, that's just A. being silly or B. messing up on another stall.
