pegs stay on bmx lol
pegs are awesome so get out of this thread haha

either way im thinking it would work fine, if you have them infront of you the only advantage imo is if you spin out you can go bs a lot easier then having them on your heelside,,, i dunno though, i grind rails fs naturally so maybe i run pegs naturally on the oppo side as well lol

just try it on both sides and get comfortable with them both ways, then it wont matter :p

Josh i find mine almost too small haha, and I run a TSI deck.
Yeah i've seen people take there pegs off too and i also think thats weird mine are staying on forever haha
That's crazy, those pegs are so long for me, haha. I hate when they're long enough to where you push off and hit your heel on the peg. I cut mine just wide enough to where my foot barely has room between the peg and my heel.

What's the matter? Not enough skill or originality to run them yourself?
Why knock something that actually gives you more trick options?!

Because, Josh, he is JDBen.

I agree, i had SOA skinny pegs and running the back one was a bit annoying. i got used to pushing with it after a few days though.

Yea i think i bent my SR fork because of pegs but im not sure?
And the only problem i have with pegs is them scraping when i shredd the bowls.

As said already; try both sides.
Also; do you spin frontside or backside naturally? Apparently it has more to do with your spin; like i spin BS, and have them on my heels. If you spun frontside; you'd probably be more comfortable having them toeside.
Also; are you having trouble with grinds, or stalls, or both?

If stalls; try them on a reasonably VERT quarter; like any normal 6ft with decent coping would do.
With stalls; also try to never get your wheels over the coping; easier said than done, but once you can do it; peg tricks come like nothing. I double peg everytime, and only miss 1 in 50 or so icepicks. Just a matter of getting used to something completely new.

Grinds usually work better on a slope; i find icepicks on a flat ledge hard as hell; just find what you like better.

And if you like pegs, NEVER take them off, learn to fakie with them for fuck sake. I ride pegs permanently and air to fakie 5 ft quarters at speed; i manage to not hit the pegs, ever

Aaron I spin towards the left? So frontside I guess.
and im having trouble with grinds kindaaaaaaa i still need to take more time thoughhh
and totally keep this thread going
Pegs need to be a bigger part of scootering mine are staying on permanent

Haha, sorry James.
You spin towards your toes? Which means you spin BACKSIDE.
It'd be easier, in my opinion, for you to learn with the pegs backside (on your right). But yeah, keep at it, pegs really do take time, its not like a tailwhip or barspin. Patience is they key really; it takes forever to figure out where your pegs are, just cause it's such a different feeling. But yeah..
Keep at the shiiit man, pegs are gnarly, people who ride them, even more so ;)

Thanks Yoda,
I will use the force hahaha
No but ya yo thats the setup I have now .. so good im happy with that.
Yeah it really does take time I guess you just need to eat shit a couple of times and get back up a couple of times and really get used to them.
thanks for the help :)

i used to run a front peg using a back axle and spacers until i got soa fork (was too short then)
i used to like them frontside for grinding and backside for stalls. im goofy footed. i eventually put it back side i think and learnt that way. i dont remember exactly but it was watever side was easiest to do stalls on
