Located in Philly under the I-95 bridge near the sports complex, right next to FDR park. The park is featured in THPS2 and pretty much every bam video ever. If youre looking for a park with some big box jump so you can learn new tricks, dont come here. The park is 100% flow. With the smoothest concrete youll ever ride, you can pump around the park all day without having to kick, assuming youre not there in the day when its mobbed. My advice: go as late as you can. Ive only been there at 1/2am and i love it. Youll pretty much have the park to yourself with the exception of a couple bikers. Pretty much everything here is burly as hell, so if you cant ride that good, dont waste your time. There is a stock mini ramp and halfpipe but those are pretty lame. Stick to just flowing around the park and youll have a great time, best skatepark ive ever riden.

ya man fdr rocks so hard, except its turning more into a bmx park and not skateboard or scooter cause the concrete is crackin and stopping peoples wheels

no? i always go there, do a scooter flip and bikers will give u tons of respect, if there are skaters there, there all under 15 and suck

i remember on fuel or something. may hofman went there and he was talking about how they really hard there. and they only let him ride in the vert. i guess things changed, idk........ i have to go there sometime over the summer.
oh and something else... isnt this park also referred to as 'burnside"?

no fdr is in philly and burnside is in washington or oregon. one of those i dont remember.
icic.... Everyone around here calls the cement part bam rides all the time burnside... and its under a bridge and stuff... and it has graffiti that says "beat a dick" lol. I dont know why they call it burnside then....

FDR is fun.. but u really do have to go early to get a good session.. a lot of people start showing up around 10am or so.. but it is the smoothest park u shall ever ride..
P.S if u look between the nipples there u will see a spot of blood... and if it actually still is there, its mine from when i fell and busted my chin on it
