^^^ That is true. However, skaters choose not to push mongo because mongo pushing is a hazard for them. You are very likely to eat shit on a skateboard if you push mongo. So thats why most every skater doesnt.

That and it looks bad. It's like a combination, that probaly started because you will die if you push mongo

I would bet money not a single person can give a legitimate reason how Mongo is bad. i push both. its whatever my feet feel like doing. Because riding isn't school, it is something that should just flow, not be something to be nit-picky and concerned about how your doing it. On a skateboard it makes sense no to push mongo, any one who has rode a skateboard will understand, but basically a skateboard has trucks that wobble, a scooter does not. so whether you push with your front or back foot it does not effect your riding at all besides the fact of someone saying "o you pushed mongo". It isn't a skateboard. if you wanna be a skater go ride a skateboard, its no harder. you might as well start telling football players to stop tackling because you cant tackle in soccer. doesn't even make any sense to mix one sport into another.

I don't give a fuck about skateboarders, it just looks AWFUL! All these little kids with osiris high tops at my park pushing mongo.... Oh god, it pisses me off.

1. Stop riding to please others and to be accepted by other sports, thats pretty much the opposite of why we ride scooters. We ride scooters because we think they're fun and we aren't concerned enough with looking cool to others to ride a board or bike instead.

2. Something is fucked up in your head if you think pushing style is going to decide whether our sport is accepted or not.

if you don't ride to get accepted by others then you don't know what scootering is all about. When i started riding i would wish that one day i wouldn't be called a fag every day of my life, when i was the only rider and the bmx scene thrived. Now that scootering is trendy and every new kid does it, you all don't care about getting scootering accepted because youre only in it now that its popular. just look at the tilt tyler wheeland as a prime example, theres haters, but theres also people who see that they can relate to scooteering and actually accept it. They're not calling those scooter riders fags. If you don't seek acceptance from others than you are either not human or an outcast, either or.

on a skate it is more noticeable on a scoot i can never tell until after they put their foot back on. can't even tell goof vs reg until both feet are ON the deck. one foot takes up ALL the deck anyways lol
