Just curious.. can you use phase two bars on a normal scooter? might be a dumb question but it is a serious one.

Dirt scooters add about 3 inches to the head tube height, that means bars that were on a dirt scoot will be 3 inches shorter on a regular scooter.

So if you rode 21 high on a dirt scoot you will have 18 high bars if you put them on a reg scoot.
