Phils Run In Comp 11/11/2005.

This was my run in the comp that happend on Saturday that just passed, i came 2nd..

results:
1st: Coedie Donovan(scooterpro)
2nd: Phil Lagettie
3rd: Jordan Bates

was a pretty sick comp. Just a local comp with prizes of 1st=$120, 2nd=$80 and 3rd=$50

and jordan pulled his 1st flip on to concrete after only 5 months of riding, pretty cool shitt....

haha so far the order of 1st place is as follows.

Coedie,Phil,Coedie,Phil,Coedie.
so hopefully ill have next to keep the chain. lol

I liked it very much, not many ppl would be able such a good run, but I think that there is some stuff you need to work on to make those runs perfect (please dont bitch at me, that's not giving him an advice, I'm only expressing my opinion). I think you should get the run packed up with more tricks; your very good at flowing the park but half of your run was just riding around and doing manuals and tiretaps on quaterpipes, so try to pack it up with tricks. I also think that doing tricks to flat destroys the flow and you should avoid it, it sucks that there's no flybox in that park, so try to learn to do big tricks over hips and while airing quaterpipes and eventually end the run with a big flip trick to flat.

CAUTION: I'm not dissing that run and I think its insane cause still nobody does runs like that.

Edit: What is that scooter? The wheels look sorta bigger that averago so it looks like a Micro Bullet, is it some kind of a Blade and how big are the wheels?

i liked it just thought it needed more tricks... in runs you gotta just go for it and throw all your best shit throughout the whole run... and save the huge stuff like the backflip whip (or was it dub whip?.. dont remember) throw that in for like the ending trick. Regardless.... it was good

Phil, you know I love you but I think you wasted a lot of time during the run. Still amazing cuz your such a consistent rider. Props

yeah i no, its fuked in runs its real hard to think what tricks o do, and i got to the park and the comp started straight away, they told me it would be on later , but they lied..and dreads- we usualy have comps every few months next one is in janurary and its like a $600 1st prize, its a real big one.. lol so looks like flairs and fronntys and 360 flips have gotta be down by then..

-Ohh and btw that was my 1st run, ther was 2, ill up load the 2nd one later and put it on, it wasnt as good but it was ok.

yeah you shoulda thrown way more tricks, i think i counted 3 the entire time besides manuals, its too hard to flow on a scooter they are too slow and parks arent designed for them, so its probably harder than i, as well as others, think

sweet, your manuals across quarters/ tire taps are real consistent, a couple more bigger tricks wouldve made it better but it was nice and flowy
