Phoenix fork problems

Ok so my front wheel which is a proto gripper doesn't spin very fast and last time it did this it broke the bearings completely now if I loosen the Allen bolts in the fork it becomes too loose and wobbles and is undialed so I was thinking maybe just add some lock tire to it and that might stop it? Or sand down the inside of the phorx where the wheel meets the fork, anyways have you guys ever had this problem and if so how do you fix it?

sounds like you don't have a bearing spacer in your wheel, just put one in and you'll be good.

Oh yep that's it I guess I forgot to put one in the front.
