holy shit. the bearing slot is thick as hell. that wheel is going to weigh as much as a tank!....The concept is good though, and like mark. i really appreciate phoenix showing prototypes, lets us riders know how much $ to save

Trying to keep things bullet proof. I will weigh them when we get our first prototypes with urethane. If i need to look at shaving some weight, i can make changes before production. My intent was to keep the weight down by making the holes between the spokes fairly large. We'll see. Should be priced about $35 per wheel.

it cant weigh as much as protos. they wont weigh that much. for any kid out there thats going to look at matts post and not buy them, dont listen to it.
they look amazing.

I'm sure the wheels are going to perform amazing when there all done and stuff.. but the core design is the ugliest thing Ive ever seen, personally.
