Phoenix stainless steel brake

Sorry if this is the wrong section but I got the new Phoenix stainless steel brake and i put it on and it rattles i dont think it's supposed to but does anyone else have this problem?

Did you tighten it good?

yea as much as i could with the washer but like the hole break moves back and forth it might be bent or something idk

noooo i had this problem all you do is put tape around the part that directly touches the deck on the top of the brake.
after that when you land it dosent make like a boing it makes like a cool steel sound or something i liike it
